Itinerary

9 NIGHTS / 10 DAYS

Day 1: Airport > Negombo

Your first two nights will be spent at Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions, a wellness resort close to the airport where you can shake off the jet lag and settle into your holiday.

Day 2: Negombo

Enjoy a day at leisure and start de-stressing. A number of treatments are on offer here, or you might wish to head into Negombo and sail across the lagoon.

Day 3: Negombo > Digana

Wind into the centre of Sri Lanka, to the picturesque hills that cover the heart of the country. Santani sits on the edge of the Knuckles Mountain Range close to Hunasgiriya peak, and the views from every corner of the property are sensational. Take an afternoon walk or swim in the pool before sitting down to dinner in their beautiful restaurant.

Day 4 to 9: Digana

Meet with an Ayurvedic doctor on your first day if you are looking to do a full personalised programme, otherwise spend the next five days indulging in traditional Ayurvedic treatments, walking the surrounding hills, practicing yoga and meditation and relaxing by the pool. If you are looking to go further afield, head out on day trips around Kandy, such as to Victoria Golf Resort or to trek through a hidden hamlet with a guide (TFG exclusive).

Day 10: Digana > Airport

Optional extension, otherwise transfer back to the airport in time for your flight home (4.5 hours).
